All items cannot be returned unless it is damaged and then a replacement will be sent instead. We must have the damaged good sent to us in order to replace it. All custom items cannot be returned especially fabric as once it is cut we cannot sell the item. If there are flaws in the fabric you will receive a re-print once we receive back the damaged goods. We must be notified with in 7 days of receiving the item or we cannot replace it.
